We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician (Porter-style role) to support the upkeep of a small-bay industrial property. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Inspections: Conduct regular walkthroughs of common areas, parking lots, and building exteriors to identify maintenance needs.
• Cleaning & Upkeep: Perform light cleaning tasks such as trash pickup, sweeping, and maintaining common areas.
• Issue Identification: Spot and document repair needs (e.g., lighting, doors, landscaping, minor safety concerns).
• Reporting: Communicate findings promptly to property management for resolution and provide detailed photographs.
• Support Vendors: Provide access or oversight when contractors are onsite for repairs or services.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure property conditions meet safety standards and report hazards immediately.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in property maintenance, facilities, or porter work preferred.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, walking).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills for reporting issues to management.
