JSI Europe is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive the adoption of JSI’s software solutions within federal agencies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling complex software to the federal government, with a strong preference for experience in lawful interception, investigative data fusion, digital intelligence or related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Sales functions in an assigned territory in geographical Europe to meet and exceed sales targets including:

  • Build and maintain executive level relationships while identifying critical influencers at all levels of a prospect or customer organization to understand customer missions and requirements, evaluations, and procurement status.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Pre-Sales, After-Sales, Product Management and Partners to assess and progress leads, define value propositions, and create tailored campaigns.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—including prospecting, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, contract negotiation, and closing—to drive successful sales campaigns through to revenue generation for new and existing customers. This includes regular travel to customer sites to progress sales opportunities.
  • Represent and promote the Company, its philosophy, and its products by planning, organizing, registering for, and attending various events and forums such as Trade Shows, Conferences, and private meetings.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management about customer requirements with the aim of improving JSI’s products by defining, conveying, and reporting on technical requirements and opportunities throughout all stages of the sales process.
  • Collaborate with JSI’s technical, product, and leadership teams to ensure customer success and attend corporate events as required.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Five (5) + years of successful complex software sales experience in the federal space
  • Demonstrated success selling to federal law enforcement or intelligence agencies.
  • Preferred: experience selling lawful intercept, communications analysis, or investigative data fusion solutions.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English & one other European language (written, reading, verbal). German a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%).
