Summary:

We're seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to help with our migration from a legacy Microsoft data stack (SSIS, SSMS, Power Automate) to a modern cloud-based environment built on AWS, dbt, and Sigma. In this role, you'll design and build data pipelines, develop and maintain semantic models, and establish the infrastructure foundation that will power our analytics and emerging AI initiatives. You'll work across the full data lifecycle from ingestion and transformation to modeling and delivery partnering with stakeholders to ensure our data is accurate, well-documented, and ready to support both traditional reporting and AI-driven use cases.

The ideal candidate brings strong SQL fundamentals and hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (such as AWS, Snowflake, GCP, or Azure), along with working knowledge of transformation frameworks (such as DBT). Candidate will need a solid grasp of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts, and approach data quality, testing, and documentation as core to the job rather than afterthoughts. Experience migrating from legacy ETL tools, working with modern BI platforms (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI), or preparing data for AI/ML applications is a strong plus. Looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and excited to help shape the infrastructure that will define how our organization uses data going forward.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or specialized training/certification in business analytics or equivalent work experience required.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: Three years of business intelligence developer or related technical experience required. Three years of experience with a programming language required (MS-SQL preferred). Healthcare experience preferred. Experience working with Business Intelligence software programs preferred.
Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
