- At least 3 years of successful teaching experience

Instructional Coaches provide job-embedded, sustained professional learning in support of the district focus improvement strategies, with a particular emphasis on implementation of Ohio Learning Standards and collaboration that builds collective efficacy. This position is 0.5 FTE.
