As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for our customers, ensuring inquiries are addressed efficiently while escalating technical requests to specialized teams. You’ll primarily provide support via phone and email, helping maintain our high standard of customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide bilingual customer support (French and English) via phone and email.

What You Bring to the Role

Languages: Full professional fluency in French and English (spoken and written).

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
