Final Technician



Purpose



We are seeking a skilled Final Technician to join our high-performing Assembly Department. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work and have a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll complete finished cabinets by installing drawers and doors, performing final quality checks, and making minor touch-ups when needed—working with precision to ensure each cabinet meets Bellmont’s quality standards and is ready to move forward without rework.

What You’ll Do




  • Install drawers and doors on finished cabinets, completing the final assembly process.

  • Perform final quality inspections to ensure cabinets meet Bellmont’s quality standards before wrapping and shipment.

  • Identify imperfections and perform minor repairs or touch-ups as needed.

  • Take ownership of the final appearance and functionality of each cabinet, knowing your work is the last step before it reaches the customer.

  • Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.

  • Collaborate with team members across your department to support production flow and improve overall assembly quality.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and your work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and product integrity.

  • Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.

  • Assist other areas or departments as needed to support overall production goals.
