Job Summary

As a Future Talent - Junior Product Manager, you will support the product lifecycle from idea to delivery, working closely Senior Product Manager and with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will help translate customer and business needs into product requirements, contribute to roadmap execution, and support continuous improvement of our products. This position is based in Cholet, France.

What you will do

  • Support the Product Manager in defining and maintaining product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
  • Gather and analyze customer, market, and internal stakeholder requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Supply, Quality, and Sales teams during product development and delivery.
  • Support prioritization of features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Track product performance and support analysis of KPIs and customer feedback.
  • Assist in managing scope changes and ensuring alignment with agreed objectives.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of product management processes, templates, and tools.

We believe you have

  • Completed degree in Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Can understand technical and industrial environments, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work in a structured and well‑organized way.
  • You are curious, eager to learn, motivated to grow in Product Management, and with a good level in English.
