Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related subject area (advanced degree preferred)
• New Jersey Teacher of Chemistry or Teacher of Physical Science certification
• Strong knowledge of the NGSS/New Jersey Student Learning Standards (NJSLS) and 3-Dimensional Learning
• Data-informed instruction � Ability to analyze student data to drive instructional decisions and support student growth.
• Collaborative mindset � Ability to co-teach and work effectively with colleagues to support student success.
• Instructional expertise � Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum development, assessment, classroom management, and the use of diverse and creative educational resources.
• Growth mindset � Commitment to ongoing professional development and instructional improvement.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates preferred but not required

Salary:
 $69,630 (minimum) to $103,470 (maximum), commensurate with experience
