Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Professional to join our team at Suburban Pest Control in the Westchester area. As a Service Professional, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality customer service to clients in the Westchester area. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Experience in the service industry is preferred.


Responsibilities:

- Responding to client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.

- Scheduling and performing service visits to client locations.

- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.

- Maintaining accurate records of service visits and client interactions.

- Collaborating with team members to ensure that all client needs are met.

- Recommending upgrades or additional products/services to clients as needed.

- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.
