Qualifications for Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN):

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) to join our leadership team. The Nurse Supervisor oversees daily nursing operations, manages a team of nursing professionals, and ensures the highest level of care for our residents. Your leadership will play a key role in promoting quality care, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities of Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN):

  • Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team

  • Ensure all nursing practices comply with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and oversee accurate documentation of care provided

  • Lead and coordinate shift assignments, ensuring proper staffing levels

  • Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff

  • Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and medical records

  • Respond promptly to emergencies and assess residents’ needs

  • Participate in care meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education

  • Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous learning
