  • Develop, pitch and execute original concepts, taking ideas from spark to final cut with minimal supervision.
  • Capture and edit content in real time while working Ravens home games for rapid distribution across social and in-stadium channels.
  • Identify compelling storylines and moments during events and shoots, proactively shaping them into engaging content.
  • Partner with post-production team to maintain clean, organized and efficient media workflows.

  • Proven ability to own a project endtoend, from concept to delivery, while staying aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, catching everything from missing frames to offbeat audio.
  • Comfort working in highpressure, timesensitive environments, including nights and weekends.
  • Professionalism and discretion when working around athletes and internal stakeholders.
  • A teamfirst mindset, paired with the drive to create work that stands out culturally and creatively.
