Essential Functions

  • Build direct relationships with end user organizations on major opportunities and will work closely with and leverage the selected channel partners to maximize the revenue opportunities within the territory
  • Maximizing revenue on all accounts
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities to increase AMAX global footprint
  • Identify new markets for AMAX solutions
  • Regularly engage with new and existing customers
  • Work with the entire AMAX team to provide compelling commercial offering
  • Understand the go to market strategy
  • Able to function in a sales environment with a heavy focus on fostering, developing and nurturing relationships with customers.
  • Be able to close and ask for purchase order
  • Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, the ability to overcome obstacles, and the determination required to improve skills and achieve objectives.
  • Report and forecast your sales pipeline to upper management
  • Effectively communicate and respond to customers’ needs and requests
  • Able to uncover needs, develop rapport and trust, while offering appropriate solutions by presenting key selling points and features, negotiating rates, and closing accounts on the phone.
  • Maintains a current knowledge of market activities including competitive products, pricing and policies, new technology, product specifications and possible new products. Communicates this information to management on a regular basis
  • Information gather, ask the right questions, overcome objections and close the business
  • Solution sell - understand your clients' needs and position your service accordingly
  • Schedule demos with prospective customers
  • Achieve and exceed KPI’s
