Job Description

Responsible for Product Management for connector products, including high voltage, high volume and high speed, high current.

Lead entire lifecycle of product development.

Preferred to be based in Shanghai or Shenzhen, open for other location but need frequent travel.

 

 

  1. Responsible for the products management and development in cooperation with the global Product Team;
  2. Work with Engineering, Project Manager, Manufacture, and operations team closely in the development of new products to meet current and future customer and market requirements.
  3. Responsible for product portfolio management, new product develop roadmaps that align with business strategy and improve the competitiveness for the in charging product lines;
  4. Achieve business target and growth of products. Balance both short term sales objectives with longer term strategic objectives;
  5. Build strong relationships with APAC customers as well as internal relationships.
  6. Problem solving internally and at customers’ location, know very well the applications, and able to understand customer’s needs and build intimacy;
  7. Collecting market intelligence proactively and response in time.
  8. Conduct sales tools making and training for sales team.
  9. Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilitiescarry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;

 

5-10 years of experience in Connector product management or development with strong engineering background.

  1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering electronics (Non-computer major);
  2. Good communication skills;
  3. Patient, responsible, hardworking and diligent;
  4. Able to build strong and deep customer relationships ;
  5. Exhibits a strong ‘can-do’ attitude;
  6. Exhibits strong global teaming and leadership skills;
    Capture market and customer opportunities and promote product development
  7. Good strategic and lateral thinking skills;
  8. Flexible for overseas business trip and trainings;
