In this full-time role, you will evaluate and treat the pediatric population. Our facility is right inside of Easter Seals and we treat inpatient and outpatient children, 0-18 years of age. Having 7 SLP's on current staff, CFY candidates are welcome to apply. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive outpatient setting focused on clinical excellence, mentorship, and long-term professional growth.

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing for patients
  • Perform comprehensive assessments using subjective evaluations and objective tests to determine patient needs and treatment goals
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes to ensure optimal rehabilitation results
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, and consult with physicians to support effective treatment and care coordination

 

  • Current Georgia license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain license
  • Recent graduates and experienced Speech Language Pathologists encouraged to apply
  • Must be familiar with treating pediatric patients with speech, language, and feeding/swallowing concerns.

About: Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, sign on bonus, student loan reimbursement, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
