We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our house accounts, phone and walk-in customers. This role is critical for managing relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering positive experiences. The ideal candidate will have floral experience and excel in a fast-paced, transactional environment, displaying a commitment to service excellence and effective problem-solving skills.



Key Responsibilities:






  1. Customer Service and Support:








    • Provide high-quality customer service to house accounts and walk-in customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

    • Handle customer service inquiries providing accurate information and solutions to problems.








  1. Sales Support and Transaction Processing:








    • Assist customers with transactions, orders, and purchases, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

    • Supporting the customer experience in partnership with the branch as needed.

    • Actively call on 30-50 accounts on a weekly basis for sales opportunities.







 






  1. Customer Relationship Management:








    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.

    • Solicit and record customer feedback, sharing insights with the sales and product teams to improve services and offerings.








  1. Record Keeping and Administration:








    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the Customer Relationship Management system.

    • Prepare and manage documentation related to customer accounts and transactions.
