Primary Objectives of Position:

• Actively participate in the efficient and safe production of fertilizers and related products.


• Contribute to the overall success of the cooperative by achieving production targets and supporting company initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Assist in the blending of fertilizers according to customer specifications and production schedules.


• Ensure accurate and timely completion of production tasks.


• Perform routine equipment inspections and cleaning.


• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.


• Assist with receiving, storing, and maintaining accurate inventory.


• Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and best practices.


• Participate in safety training and meetings as required.


• Perform general maintenance duties as assigned, such as cleaning work areas and assisting with other production tasks.


• Assist with all other duties as assigned.
