QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalency
EXPERIENCE: MS Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Performs a variety of office tasks including but not limited to general office work such as filing, faxing, copying, scanning, data entry.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be a current student or student beginning in the Business Administration or Business Management degree program.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Create personnel files for new employees
- Daily filing of employee records
- Assist in entering employee training documentation
- Assist in scheduling and planning employee training sessions
- Create packets for new hire orientations
- Special projects including development of employee merit program, company picnic, and other employee related projects
