Youth Haven Services residential program is growing, and we are looking for an additional staff to join our residential program at our Winston-Salem group home location. We are seeking a full-time, 2nd shift staff to work on Monday to Friday from 3pm to 11pm. Our Residential Program serves clients in DSS custody and care who are need of placement. The main function of the home will be to provide a safe therapeutic environment while a long-term placement can be secured. Position Summary: |

Residential House Counselor provides direct care and rehabilitative services for clients in the residential program. Provides behavioral modification interventions as outlined in their Person-Centered Plan. Responsible for the overall safety and welfare of clients. |
