About the Role

The Director of College Engagement & Education is responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with chiropractic colleges across North America and abroad. This role serves as the primary connector between Foot Levelers and the schools — engaging students, faculty, and clinic staff while ensuring Foot Levelers’ educational content, research initiatives, and clinical tools are embedded within campus life. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building skills with clinical knowledge and research fluency, enabling meaningful conversations that support both education and research implementation.

Vision

To ensure that every chiropractic student has a strong foundation in biomechanics and orthotics by graduation, resulting in confident prescribing practices that improve patient outcomes and expand Foot Levelers’ influence across the profession.

Business Focus

The Director will visit the top 12 chiropractic colleges at least twice per year, with monthly follow-up via calls and virtual meetings. This person will lead workshops, classroom lectures, and student ambassador programs while supporting research projects on campus. Every visit should be strategically planned with measurable outcomes tied to student engagement, faculty support, and research collaboration.

Short-Term Goals

- Build trust and rapport with faculty, administration, and student leaders.

- Introduce or strengthen Foot Levelers’ presence in clinics and classrooms.

- Support current marketing and educational initiatives through on-campus engagement.

- Collaborate with the Research Consultant to help facilitate active or planned research studies at the schools.

Long-Term Goals

- Embed Foot Levelers’ content into the chiropractic curriculum and clinic environment.

- Develop sustainable student and faculty ambassador programs.

- Strengthen Foot Levelers’ reputation as a clinically credible and research-driven partner.

- Provide ongoing feedback to leadership on opportunities to support schools and grow adoption.
