A Day in the Life:



  • Oversee a bustling bakery-café while keeping it warm, welcoming, and productive.

  • Manage finances, labor, and food costs to keep the café profitable.

  • Maintain efficient operations, food safety, and Panera standards.

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Proven successful leadership experience in food service.

  • Strong communication, financial understanding, and people skills.

  • Ability to lift up-to 40 lbs and be on your feet for periods of time with occasional bending or stooping.

  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
