This position will be responsible for providing nutritious, freshly prepared meals and snacks to residents daily. The prep cook/cook will provide support in food handling and service, maintaining sanitary conditions in the kitchen, and ensuring high quality standards for each meal. The prep cook/cook will report to the kitchen manager and agrees to comply with and perform the duties and responsibilities as described below. In addition, this position may be asked to perform functions not listed below.
