Job Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile business development specialist to join our LATAM Demand Generation team in Mexico. This is a hybrid Sales Development / Field Marketing Manager role. This position blends hands-on regional field marketing execution with direct sales development responsibilities, supporting both demand generation and pipeline creation in Mexico. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working across the full funnel—from executing regional events to directly following up on leads and engaging target accounts through outbound prospecting.

The Team

The role will sit in Mexico City, MX and report directly to the Senior Field Marketing Director, NA & LATAM, working closely with:

  • Field Marketing Manager, Brazil
  • Sales Development Representative, LATAM
  • Sales Development Team Leader, NA & LATAM
  • Regional Sales leadership and Account Executives across LATAM

This role sits at the intersection of Sales Development and Field Marketing, strengthening alignment between marketing execution and sales follow-up at a regional level. As part of the global Demand Generation organization, this role will work closely with the rest of the marketing team, sales and other departments to build awareness, drive demand, and accelerate pipeline. Our Demand Gen team is comprised of 25+ people globally, from the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.

The Role

You will serve as a regional SDR supporting pipeline creation and lead progression in Mexico. Responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound calling to target accounts in partnership with your AE
  • Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated from global and regional campaigns
  • Qualifying inbound leads and progress them to Sales Accepted Leads (SALs)
  • Execute outbound prospecting into target accounts across LATAM markets
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing on priority accounts, calling days, and campaign-driven outreach
  • Contribute toward monthly and quarterly targets related to opportunity creation and pipeline contribution

In parallel, as a Field Marketer, you will execute regional marketing initiatives aligned with global campaigns and local market priorities. Responsibilities will include:

  • Localize and activate marketing content to support regional nurture programs and account engagement
  • Support in-person field marketing activities, such as content breakfasts, tradeshows, etc.

Success Criteria:

  • Strong execution of regional marketing events that support awareness and demand
  • Timely and effective follow-up on campaign-generated leads
  • Clear alignment between marketing activity and sales outreach
  • Consistent contribution to qualified pipeline and opportunity creation
  • Trusted partnership with regional Sales, Field Marketing, and SDR stakeholders

The Expectations

You are comfortable operating across marketing and sales motions and thrive in a role that balances strategy with execution. You have a data-driven mindset, enjoy working in a regional, cross-functional environment and are motivated by measurable impact.

The Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience across Sales Development, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or related roles
  • Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or IT environments
  • Proven experience executing field marketing tactics and/or sales development activities
  • Experience with industry platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, Outreach or similar
  • Fluency in Spanish required; Portuguese a plus
  • Experience working across LATAM markets is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
