The OQ QA Specialist will be responsible for the following:

·       Overseeing the Operator Qualification Program

·       Training and Evaluating Personnel

·       Ensuring Regulatory Compliance

·       Managing Systems and Records

·       Supporting Field Operations

QUALIFICATIONS (Required or preferred)

·       Minimum of 5 years of training, safety or gas distribution experience.

·       Working knowledge of federal, state & industry requirements to resolve compliance issues.

·       Experience in developing technical programs in accordance with industry requirements and conducting training sessions with field employees to support operations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

·       Knowledge of DOT operator qualification compliance regulations and industry standards.

·       Working knowledge of federal, state and industry requirements to resolve compliance issues.

·       Ability to instruct, train and demonstrate natural gas fusing knowledge.

·       Maintain confidentiality.
