Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled MIG & TIG Welder (Day Shift) to join our team in a steady, production-focused environment. This role involves welding and assembling metal parts using established procedures and fixtures to ensure consistency and quality. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and prefer predictable, hands-on work, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Need:
  • Minimum 2 years of MIG & TIG welding experience.
  • Ability to read and understand shop drawings and work instructions.
  • Comfortable performing consistent, production welding.
  • Willingness to learn and work well with others.
  • Able to follow written and spoken instructions in English.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Robotic welding experience is an asset, but not required (training opportunities available).
Employment Details:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced production setting with repetitive tasks.
  • Shift: Day shift - Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:15 PM (40 hours/week)
  • Pay: $22 - $26 per hour (experience and weld test dependent)
  • Benefits: Available after probation period.
  • Reviews: Performance reviews will be conducted at 3 and 6 months, with a wage review after 12 months.
