We’re looking for a skilled MIG & TIG Welder (Day Shift) to join our team in a steady, production-focused environment. This role involves welding and assembling metal parts using established procedures and fixtures to ensure consistency and quality. - Minimum 2 years of MIG & TIG welding experience.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and work instructions.
- Comfortable performing consistent, production welding.
- Willingness to learn and work well with others.
- Able to follow written and spoken instructions in English.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Robotic welding experience is an asset, but not required (training opportunities available).
Employment Details:
- Work Environment: Fast-paced production setting with repetitive tasks.
- Shift: Day shift - Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:15 PM (40 hours/week)
- Pay: $22 - $26 per hour (experience and weld test dependent)
- Benefits: Available after probation period.
- Reviews: Performance reviews will be conducted at 3 and 6 months, with a wage review after 12 months.
