Job Description
The Home Care LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) plays a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in their homes. This position involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and delivering nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The LPN will ensure that patients receive the necessary medical attention while promoting their comfort and well-being in a familiar environment. Minimum Qualifications:
