Additional compensation includes:
- Hourly employees:
- 1.5x Holiday Pay
- 1.5x Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver engaging staff education programs, including CNA training, new hire orientation, and ongoing in-services.
- Lead our infection prevention program, including tracking trends, conducting audits, and providing training to staff.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
- Stay ahead of regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and foster a culture of safety.
- Support both skilled nursing and assisted living settings, working closely with the Director of Nursing.
What We’re Looking For
- Education/Experience: Active RN license in Virginia with experience in infection prevention, staff training, or quality improvement preferred.
- Certifications: Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or willingness to obtain within one year.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs.
