Job Summary

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in the overall success of our HR department. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience using HRIS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and assist in the recruitment process.
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires and coordinate employee training sessions.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with HR compliance.
  • Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed.
  • Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as required.
