Alumni Reunion Ambassador

Part Time, Non-Exempt

Reports to: Event and Volunteer Director

Education/Experience Required/Preferred: A high school diploma is required. Candidates who have a strong background in event planning is preferred.



 



General Responsibilities  Advances the school by developing and implementing relationships with alumni through coordination of campus tours and events tied to milestone reunions. 



Specific Responsibilities:




  • Connects with alumni who are planning milestone (10, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50 year) reunions. 

  • Markets to them through phone, email, and social media how to integrate a campus tour and a class gift into their reunion. 

  • Conducts tours on campus for reunions and facilitates other activities on campus for reunions. 

  • Distributes materials for class gifts. 

  • Solicits class gifts with effective follow up and inspiration. 

  • Keeps marketing materials current by coordinating requirements with the marketing department.

This is a part time, hourly, 12-month position. There are no set hours at this time as this will only be scheduled as necessary and as the need arises.  This position reports to the Event and Volunteer Director.
