What You’ll Do
Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
Oversee front desk operations, including visitor logs, mail handling, and keeping the reception area neat and inviting
Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed
Assist with appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
Respond to inquiries with a friendly, solutions-focused attitude
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards
Perform additional clerical or front-desk duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role (healthcare experience is a plus!)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional appearance and positive demeanor
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Comfort with phone systems, computers, and office equipment
A team-oriented attitude and genuine commitment to exceptional customer service
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
