Responsibilities

  • Advisors set the tone for our customers experience in the express service lane and maintain the highest customer service standard
  • Review customer's vehicle service history, inspects the vehicle and recommends additional services
  • Receives payment for selected services 
  • Updates all the customer's information within organization's systems
  • Reviews repair orders to ensure proper dealership documentation, correct repair charges, signatures for authorization, vehicle mileage in / out
  • Create a positive work flow and detailed communication to maintain our customer's satisfaction 

 

Qualifications

  • Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional and positive/  can -do attitude
  • Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
