Job Description

The Partner Support Analyst will be involved and provide assistance in the optimization of our Meta search partners as well as assisting in the optimization of our NDC connected agencies.  The Analyst will assist with the onboarding of new meta search partners coordinating with the various internal stakeholders and provide the required information complete Partner implementation.  The Analyst will be the first point of contact to the Metasearch partners in assisting and triaging of their technical issues.  As part of the role, the Analyst will be a subject matter expert on the Metasearch and provide training as part of the onboarding of new partner agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to help improve the performance of Metasearch Partners
  • Work with the various stakeholders throughout the implementation new metasearch
  • Perform regular audit of consumer facing agent displays as well as partner displays
  • Report breaches of displays to agencies/partners and work on resolution
  • Responsible for the updating of the Meta performance Dashboard
  • Update documentation as requirements change for metasearch deeplinks
  • Help support the UATP refund program with our team
  • Update documentation on AC Connex as well as training material
  • Secondary support to agencies with any tech issues
  • The role contributes to driving significant revenue for Air Canada through the Metasearch portfolio, which generates over $1B annually, while financial outcomes are achieved collaboratively as part of a broader team responsibility. 

  • College Degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience  
  • Working knowledge of Metasearch Partners such as Google Flights, Kayak and Skyscanner etc…)
  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Basic understanding and ability to trouble shoot partner issues on NDC+
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment
