Job Description

Role Title: Global CSP Manager: NRM and D&E SCL 

Reports To: Global CSP Director – SCL, Oral and PC NRM 

Contract type: Maternity cover (start date: 1st June 2026 ) 

Duration:10 months  

Location: UK, 100VE

Direct Reports: 2x Commercial Strategy Exec WL1  

Context & Main Purpose of Job 

BG CSP drives the category growth agenda and brings the voice of the retailer end to end (from innovation to execution on the shelf). This entails:

  • Representing the voice of the customer in our innovation and renovation development  

  • Embedded NRM as a culture in the organisation 

  • Driving channel thinking particularly in dcomm and H&B 

  • Driving perfect store execution on the shelf 

Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas 

 Be the preferred partners for retailers through a fair & equitable trade investments that will support our strategy & brands to develop retailer and UL businesses at top & bottom line through value creation:  

  

1. Leads inputs on pricing ambitions and investment guidance (F4G) to accelerate BG Strategy with BU/Market lead 

2. Lead NRM interventions in service of our markets:     

  • Strategic Pricing  

  • Pack price architecture to unlock design for channel opportunities 

  • Mix management 

  • TTS optimisation to maximise ROI   

  • Identify patterns & principles to support our Sales fundamentals and brand development plans creating a competitive advantage]

3. Global SCL CSP Lead: 

  • Develop the SCL Customer Category Growth Story (CCGS) for D&E markets

  • Lead localisation of the SCL CCGS for priority customers in top D&E markets (India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Arabia)

  • Champion the voice of the customer in the SCL D&E innovation funnel

  • Lead bars-to-liquids market development from a commercial and channel strategy perspective

  • Drive customer engagement for key customer-country cells in D&E markets

Relevant Experiences  

  • Prior experience in CSP and NRM  

  • Prior experience in a CD role or CD Finance 

  • Cat Man understanding / Price Elasticity / Demand Spaces understanding
