Job Description
Position Details:

Rehabilitation Clerk/Aide, Full-time, 40 hrs/week, typically 08:00am-05:00pm, Monday-Friday, must be able to work a flexible schedule, as needed.
Non-Exempt, Union, Hourly

Position Summary:

To provide clerical, receptionist, and various patient related work responsibilities relative to the routine day-to-day operation of the Rehabilitation Department.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current CPR certification required.

Experience:
Previous clerical experience required. Minimum one year experience in clinical front office preferred

Job Knowledge and Skills:

Capable of performing duties as assigned. Must be able to quickly learn skill sets necessary to perform clinical duties. Ability to communicate well with the public. Able to work effectively with team members and use tact and discretion in dealing with varying job situations. Able to maintain strict confidentiality. Able to deliver patient care under physician supervision and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in operating business office computer programs. Adheres to established hospital policies and procedures.
