Compensation Range: Independently Licensed - up to $93,600

 

The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one-of-a-kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members – and IAFF members struggling with addiction, PTSD, and other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. Job Duties

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
  • Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
  • Support discharge planning and continuity of care
