Spectra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control/Assurance Inspector in Oak Ridge. In this role, you will conduct receipt inspections of incoming equipment and parts to ensure they meet stringent nuclear-industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed receipt inspections on incoming equipment and parts
- Accurately document inspection findings
- Support:
- Drop shipments
- Surveillance activities
- Sourcing plan reviews
- Maintain inspection records and assist with corrective actions as needed
- Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Provide QCI support at:
- T2 (warehouse off Warehouse Road) – inspection of UCOR items prior to project release
- TWPC Site (TRU Waste Processing Center)
Educational Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience Requirements
- Level 2: 3+ years of experience
- Level 3: 4+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Regulatory and quality standards
- ASME NQA-1 (Nuclear Quality Assurance) requirements
- Mid- to senior-level QA/QC experience within industrial or nuclear projects
