Simply Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team at our practice in Ludlow and West Brookfield, MA!

 

As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant in our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day. 



Schedule: This position is 3 - 4 days per week and requires availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates seeking full-time hours may also work either Monday or Friday.



What you will be doing:

•    Delivering quality care to every patient

•    Preparing patients for exam and treatment

•    Providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions

•    Preparing tray set-ups for dental procedures

•    Effectively directing patient flow through clear communication and teamwork

•    Sterilizing and disinfecting all used equipment and instruments

•    Documenting all procedures performed in treatment chart

•    Complying with all standards and protocols of OSHA & HIPPA

•    Assisting the doctor during procedures including preparation and documentation

•    Changing and removing wires, brackets, and adhesive, full digital impressions, and workflow, preparing teeth for bonding

•    Working in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills establishing positive relationships with our team and patients

•    Communicating professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach

•    Maintaining a caring and friendly environment that reinforces our company's core values
