ROLE SUMMARY:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an outstanding and ambitious team in a brand-new premium school in the home of the pharaohs, Egypt. Kings School The Crown is the only premium international school in the region to offer an integrated early years provision, providing education for students from 3 months to 18 years old. The school will open in August 2023, initially from Foundation Stage up to Key Stage 3.

We are looking for an exceptional EYFS Teacher who brings outstanding experience, a forward-thinking attitude, and an outstanding reputation from the best schools worldwide. Our preference is to appoint someone with experience teaching EYFS classes.

  • Has the ability to demonstrate responsive teaching, which promotes excellent progress and outcomes                  
  • Can reflect systematically on the effectiveness of learning in their classrooms, which informs future planning and pedagogy                   
  • Always demonstrate professional regard for the ethos and practices of the Inspired Education group and Kings School The Crown, maintaining high professional standards, including attendance and punctuality.                                 
  • Treats students with dignity, builds relationships rooted in mutual respect for the rights of others and listens to the student's voice.
  • Can contribute to the design and provision of an engaging curriculum.
  • Can share areas of passion and experience within the extra-curricular programme within the school.                
  • Models the positive expectations, values and behaviours expected of every student                  
  • Can use all relevant data and tracking systems to monitor student progress, identify student underperformance and inform planning and interventions.
