We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience—from scheduling appointments to coordinating treatment and handling patient inquiries.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and explain benefits to patients
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Coordinate patient flow with the clinical team
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- At least one year related experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
