GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the CMK - College Marketing department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide the Marketing & Communications department support in carrying out marketing and recruitment tactics.

Serve as a college marketing representative to internal stakeholders including recruiting and academic departments.

Coordinate the purchasing, inventory and distribution of recruiting collateral and promotional materials.

Assist with incoming job requests such as calendar items, social media posts, 

Write and edit fliers and brochures developed by the marketing department.

Assist with basic graphic design projects.

Conduct other duties by the Greenville Technical College marketing director.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or one year experience related to the development and dissemination of information material

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Successful candidate should be proficient in the use of online marketing tools such as Canva, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Facebook and Eventbrite. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is helpful.
Knowledge of implementing marketing plans and working with numerous internal and external stake holders. Must be a strategic thinker, good writer, familiar with AP style guide, experience in event planning, and able to turn projects around quickly with minimal oversight. Project management is a must with the ability to coordinate numerous projects at one time. Some experience and familiarity with website CMS, adhering to brand guidelines and consistency, marketing compliance. Attention to detail is a must.
