What You’ll Do
Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered
Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants (RN role)
Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
What You Bring
Current RN or LPN License
Medication administration and IV certification
Knowledge of state rules and regulations
Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset
