Ignite is seeking driven, detail-oriented System/General Engineers to join our team supporting ASA(ALT) modernization initiatives at multiple ASCC headquarters, including Wiesbaden, Germany; Vincenza, Italy; Honolulu, HI; and Ft. Bragg, NC. Positions are on-site.

Position Overview

Provide engineering expertise supporting evaluation and integration of emerging technologies into operational Army environments. The System Engineer works with operational units, program offices, and industry partners to assess technical feasibility of new capabilities, assess performance through experimentation, and support transition of capabilities to PAE portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide engineering analysis of emerging technologies relevant to operational missions.

· Assess system integration challenges and technical risk.

· Support planning of demonstrations and experimentation activities.

· Prepare engineering assessments and technical briefings.

· Coordinate with engineers, operators, and acquisition organizations.

Required Qualifications

· Experience: 15 years (SME), 10 years (Senior)

· Education: Bachelor’s degree engineering or technical field

· Experience supporting defense systems or technology development

· Ability to assess system design, integration considerations, and technical risks

· Clearance: Secret

Desired Qualifications

· DAWIA Engineering certification and/or similar industry certification

· Experience supporting ACAT or major acquisition programs, Urgent Operational Needs, adaptive acquisition programs, and/or operational organizations

· Background in systems engineering or complex system integration.

· Clearance: Top Secret

Additional Information

· Expected Travel: 25-40% (CONUS and OCONUS)
