What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care under the direction of the RN and DON
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to clinical leadership
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your care team
Contribute to care plan development and interdisciplinary collaboration
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What We’re Looking For
Current California LVN license in good standing
CPR/BLS Certification
Prior SNF or post-acute care experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills
Commitment to excellence and resident dignity
