Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
● Assist LRC Director in daily operations of the LRC
● Assist students and staff in obtaining and producing reference materials, media and
technology to support learning and teaching
● Monitor and support students under the supervision of the LRC Director and/or certified
staff
● Process new materials (update database, notify staff, shelve, and prepare monthly
reports)
● Maintain a working knowledge and application of LRC equipment, such as audio visual
and computer hardware/software
● Distribute, inventory and collect relevant textbook, AV and technology
● Provide relevant administrative, technical support and assistance
● Maintain staff and/or student records (records relevant to job responsibilities)
● Scheduling (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly meetings / events)
● Acquire and maintain an understanding of the structure, operation and function of the
school district, building and various departments
