About the Role:
Join Terravanta Inc as a Senior Project Controls Manager-Airway-Airport and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of airport and airway projects. We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive project performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget while fostering a collaborative team environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project controls processes including cost estimating, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain project control systems to track performance metrics and financial forecasts.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and prepare reports for stakeholders on progress and challenges.
  • Implement best practices in project controls and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead a team of project control specialists, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout all phases of projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project controls within the aviation or construction industry.
  • Proven expertise in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost management and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCM) is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of FAA regulations and airport project requirements is a plus.
