Job Description

This Nurse Manager is responsible for the daily clinical operations of the Catheterization Lab.

 

Our Nurse Manager will:

 

  • Provide leadership and direction for all cardiac services.
  • Be responsible for the fiscal and operational needs of their patient care units in coordination with the Director of the Emergency Department/Cath Lab.
  • Share responsibility for meeting regulatory agency requirements.
  • Provide oversight for the standard practice of utilized patient care areas.
  • Have 24/7 responsibility for the management of their unit.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
    • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Current New York State RN License required.
  • 2-5 years of recent clinical acute care experience, cardiac services/cath lab experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities; able to work under stressful situations; possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.

 


USD $154,000.00 - USD $165,000.00 /Yr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
