As a Deskside Technician Intern, you will play an important role in supporting end users and keeping their technology running smoothly. This is a hands-on opportunity to troubleshoot issues, work directly with hardware and software, and build the foundational skills needed for a career in IT support and desktop services.

What You Will Do
Provide technical support and troubleshoot end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, and printers
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
Assist with user account management and access control
Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed
Support day-to-day IT operations and user needs
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field

May require up to 10 percent travel within the Indianapolis area
