  • PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • NOC Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description

Allure of Zion is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive long-term care environment. The RN is responsible for resident care, clinical oversight, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and respond to acute and chronic changes

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Supervise, support, and guide CNAs and nursing staff

• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR

• Assist with admissions, discharges, care planning, and interdisciplinary coordination

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and fall prevention initiatives

• Deliver resident-centered, trauma-informed care

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license

• CPR certification

• Long-term care experience preferred
