  THE ROLE
This is a high-impact, multi-faceted office position reporting directly to our President & COO, Jeffrey L. Davidson. You will be the operational backbone of our daily service business — managing customer calls, dispatching field technicians, monitoring job progress, processing payroll, and supporting service operations management.

  WHAT YOU'LL DO
•    Answer and manage all incoming customer service calls and inquiries
•    Dispatch and schedule plumbing technicians daily using Service Titan
•    Monitor field technicians in real time and track job progress throughout the day
•    Process weekly technician payroll and maintain accurate time and attendance records
•    Prepare invoices, work order closings, and management reports in Service Titan
•    Support the President & COO in daily service operations and coordination

  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS — MUST HAVE

✔  Minimum 2 years of hands-on Service Titan experience — dispatching, scheduling, and invoicing
✔  Minimum 2 years of experience in a plumbing service company environment
✔  Proven customer service and customer relations skills in a trades or home services setting
✔  Experience with field dispatch coordination and technician scheduling
✔  Payroll or time sheet processing experience
✔  Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
✔  Proficiency with Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and Outlook
