  • Drive engagement, inclusion, performance and capability outcomes across the region

  • Lead and embed regional change and transformation initiatives, ensuring strong leadership ownership and sustainable outcomes

  • Provide regional insight and input into company-wide reward, talent, learning and resourcing strategies

  • Coaching and mentoring of the Regional HR Manager and Advisor

  • Take ownership of a company-wide HR lead topic (e.g. change, culture & engagement, DE&I, HR policy or occupational health), shaping approach, governance and delivery

  • Champion Visible Felt Leadership and a strong safety culture across the region

About you

This role is suited to an experienced HR/Change leader who is ready to broaden their impact, deepen their strategic influence and operate confidently at senior leadership level.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience leading and developing HR teams, ideally across multiple sites or geographies

  • Sound understanding of UK employment law, organisational development and HR best practice

  • Confidence to influence, challenge and support leaders through change

  • A pragmatic, delivery‑focused approach with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • A desire to take ownership, lead topics at company level and build broader organisational impact

Why this role?

This internal opportunity offers:

  • Greater strategic exposure and influence within the business

  • The chance to shape people and change outcomes at regional and company level

  • Development through membership of, and contribution to, the People Leadership Team
