In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to support the effective management of operational, compliance, and conduct risks, helping to ensure strong risk outcomes while enabling sustainable business growth.

You will partner with Private Side businesses, including corporate advisory and investing teams, to support compliance and operational risk management activities, support risk and control self assessments (RCSAs), including control mapping and assessment of control effectiveness and follow-up actions.

In addition, you will monitor and support development of conduct risk metrics and key risk indicators, identifying emerging risks and trends, support the management of incidents and issues from identification through to resolution, including root cause analysis and thematic read-across to the business, whilst providing clear, practical risk advice to business stakeholders, balancing risk management expectations with commercial objectives.
